# Managing member permissions

> How to change or remove the permissions of members you already invited.

In `Rocketpunch` > `Enterprise Services` > `Permissions`, you change or remove the permissions of members you already invited. This requires the owner role or higher.

## Changing permissions

Select a member in the list to open the `Change permissions` window. Edit their base permission and area permissions the same way you set them at invitation. Select `Save` to apply your changes. For what each permission covers, see [Understanding permissions](/en/console/permission-roles).

## Removing a member

In `Permissions`, select the member you want to remove and select `Remove permission`. Once removed, they can no longer reach the console.

## Removing your own permission

Under remove my permission in `Permissions`, select `Remove permission` to give up your own admin role. Every permission you hold at that company is removed.

You cannot delete your personal profile while you are registered as a company admin, so remove your permission at every company you hold one at before deleting your account. For what comes after removing your permission, see [Delete your account](/en/account-delete).

  You cannot remove your own permission while you are the primary owner. To remove it, change the primary owner first.

## Changing the primary owner

There is one primary owner per company. Select the member you want in the list under `Permissions` and set their base permission to primary owner.
