# Requesting permission to manage a company profile

> How to request permission to manage a company profile yourself when there is nobody to invite you.

You can get admin permission by being invited by someone already registered as an admin on the company profile. For details, see [Inviting members](/en/console/permission-invite).

When the previous admin has left or the account cannot be reached, though, you can apply for the permission yourself.

## Applying

1. Log in with the personal Rocketpunch account that will receive admin permission.
2. In the [company profile permission request](https://support.rocketpunch.com/company-permission) form, enter the company name, company profile URL, your job title, the account URL that will receive permission, your supporting documents, and the email address to send the result to, then submit.
3. If your request is approved, the account is granted permission to manage the company profile. If it is rejected, the support team emails you the reason.

  The company profile URL uses the `www.rocketpunch.com/companies/` format, <br />and an admin's account URL uses the `www.rocketpunch.com/@` format.

  Requests with values that do not match these formats can be rejected.

## Documents you can submit

Every document must have been issued **within the last 3 months**. Attach at least one of the following.

| Proof of employment   | Proof of employment, national insurance enrollment certificate, or any other document confirming your employment |
| Business verification | Business registration certificate or certificate of business closure                                             |

  **Always redact sensitive personal information**, such as the second half of your resident registration number, before submitting. Requests are rejected when we cannot confirm your identity or your affiliation.
