# Managing people at your company

> How to manage the people shown on your company profile.

`Rocketpunch` > `Enterprise Services` > `Profile` > `People` lists everyone who has added your company to their career history.

## How the list is built

Someone appears in this list when a Rocketpunch user **adds your company to the career history on their own personal profile**. Companies do not add people themselves, and Rocketpunch does not add them on your behalf.

## What you can change

Because each entry is career history the user created, your company cannot delete it. You can adjust two things instead.

* **Hide from the profile:** Hides them on your company profile. The entry still appears in the career history on their personal profile, but not in the People section of your company profile.
* **Change employment status and dates:** Adjust whether the person still works there and the period they were employed.
