# Managing products

> How to add and manage the products you sell in your store.

`Rocketpunch` > `Enterprise Services` > `Store` > `Manage products` is where you add and manage the products you sell.

## Adding a product

Select `Add product` and enter the product's details.

| Field               | How to fill it in                                                                                                                                                                                                       |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Category            | Products in the same category appear together in the list. You can add your own.                                                                                                                                        |
| Product image       | The main image shown next to the product name. A square ratio is recommended.                                                                                                                                           |
| Detail image        | The image shown when someone selects the product. It has to be at least 360px wide; a tall image is cropped automatically on upload and appears continuous on the product page.                                         |
| Product name        | Up to 100 characters.                                                                                                                                                                                                   |
| Product description | Up to 500 characters.                                                                                                                                                                                                   |
| Price               | Choose between `Enter a price` and `Price on request`. A `Price on request` product can be added to a cart but is not charged: it comes in at ₩0, and you send a separate payment request once you settle on an amount. |
| Discounted price    | Optional. If you enter one, the list price and the discount rate are shown alongside it.                                                                                                                                |

## Stopping sales

Turn off the `Available` switch in the product list and customers can no longer see the product. Use it when something is sold out or you are pausing sales. A deleted product cannot be restored.

## Adding general information

This is the information shown on every product page. You can turn `Product information`, `Ordering information`, and `Delivery information` on and off separately, and select `Edit` to write each one.

It helps to write down what customers must know about a product, how to request a quote, and when and how you deliver.
