# Report a job posting or course

> Learn how to report an inappropriate job posting or education course.

If you come across an inappropriate job posting or education course, you can report it. Please report anything that does not comply with the [Community Guidelines](https://www.rocketpunch.com/terms?termType=COMMUNITY_GUIDELINE) or that you believe has legal or ethical issues.

## Reporting a job posting

1. On the job posting details, press the `More button ···` and select `Report`.
2. Select a reason for the report and press `Submit`.
   | Reason                                                                                  | Description                                                                                                                                                          |
   | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | A role or company that does not actually exist                                          | The posting is for a position nobody is hiring for, or the company name, location, or working conditions differ from reality.                                        |
   | Inappropriate requirements such as gender or age                                        | Eligibility is limited by conditions that have nothing to do with doing the job.                                                                                     |
   | Excessive requests for personal information (resident registration number and the like) | The posting asks for information that document screening does not require, such as your resident registration number (Korea's national ID number) or family details. |
   | Requests for money or payments when you apply                                           | Applicants are told to pay a fee, such as training costs or a deposit.                                                                                               |
   | A commercial posting unrelated to hiring                                                | The posting exists to promote a product or service rather than to hire.                                                                                              |
   | Free text (up to 500 characters)                                                        | Enter your own reason in 500 characters or less if none of the reasons above apply.                                                                                  |
3. The job posting you reported is hidden from your screen right away, and the report is handled after an internal review by our operations team.

## Reporting a course

1. On the course details, press the `More button ···` and select `Report`.
2. Select a reason for the report and press `Submit`.
   | Reason                                                                                   | Description                                                                                                                                                   |
   | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | Course information that differs from reality                                             | The course is not actually recruiting, or the schedule, cost, or host organization differs from what is stated.                                               |
   | Inappropriate requirements such as gender or age                                         | Eligibility is limited by conditions that have nothing to do with the course content.                                                                         |
   | Excessive requests for personal information (resident registration number and the like)  | The course asks for information that registration does not require, such as your resident registration number (Korea's national ID number) or family details. |
   | Requests for money beyond the stated tuition                                             | You are asked to transfer or pay extra money on top of the announced cost.                                                                                    |
   | Pressure to join a religion or group, or take part in activities unrelated to the course | Instead of teaching, the course pushes you to join a particular religion or organization, or asks you to bring people you know.                               |
   | A commercial posting unrelated to education                                              | The posting exists to promote a product or service rather than to enroll students.                                                                            |
   | Free text (up to 500 characters)                                                         | Enter your own reason in 500 characters or less if none of the reasons above apply.                                                                           |

3. The course you reported is hidden from your screen right away, and the report is handled after an internal review by our operations team.
