# Explore and Research Company Profiles on Rocketpunch

> Browse 170,000+ company profiles on Rocketpunch to research teams, culture, open roles, and company updates before you apply or reach out.

Rocketpunch hosts profiles for more than 170,000 companies — from early-stage startups to publicly listed enterprises. Before you apply for a role, a company profile gives you a clear picture of the team, the company's history, and what it's like to work there. Researching a company thoroughly before you reach out or submit an application helps you write a more targeted introduction and ask better questions in an interview.

## What's in a Company Profile

Each company profile is organised into tabs so you can quickly find the information you care about most.

**Overview** — The company's founding story, mission, industry, size, location, and links to its website and social channels. Many companies also include a description of their product or service and what makes their team distinctive.

**People** — A list of current team members who have linked the company to their Rocketpunch profile. You can see job titles, career histories, and — for connections — send direct messages. This tab is especially useful for identifying who you might be working with or for finding a warm introduction before you apply.

**Posts** — Company updates, announcements, and content published by the team. Posts give you a real-time sense of what the company is working on, how it communicates, and whether its culture resonates with you.

**Jobs** — All currently open positions at the company. Each listing shows the role title, key requirements, and a Quick Apply button so you can submit your Rocketpunch profile as an application without leaving the page.

## Finding Companies

There are several ways to discover companies on Rocketpunch:

* **Search** — Use the main search bar and switch to the Companies tab to look up a specific company by name or keyword.
* **Via Job Listings** — Every job post links back to the hiring company's profile. Click the company name on any listing to open the full profile.
* **Via the Discover Feed** — Companies you follow, as well as companies that match your interests, surface in your personalised feed alongside job posts and updates.
* **Direct URL** — If you already know a company's Rocketpunch handle, go directly to `rocketpunch.com/en/companies/[handle]` in your browser.

## Following Companies

Following a company keeps you informed without requiring you to check back manually.

When you follow a company, its posts and job openings appear in your Rocketpunch feed. You'll be among the first to see new roles as soon as they're published — useful at companies that fill positions quickly. To follow a company, open its profile and click the **Follow** button near the top of the page.

<Tip>
Open the **People** tab on a company profile to see who already works there. If you share a mutual connection or have a relevant background, consider sending a brief, personalised message before you apply — a direct introduction often carries more weight than a cold application.

Viewing full company profiles, including the People and Posts tabs, requires you to be logged in to your Rocketpunch account. If you're browsing without an account, [sign up for free](https://www.rocketpunch.com/en/signup) to access the complete profile.
