Rocketpunch connects you with thousands of tech opportunities across Korea’s startup and enterprise ecosystem. Whether you’re a frontend engineer hunting for a React role at a fast-growing startup or a seasoned DevOps professional targeting large-scale infrastructure teams, the job search page gives you the tools to cut through the noise and surface the positions that actually match what you’re looking for. The search bar at the top of the Jobs page is your starting point. It searches across job titles, company names, tech skills, and even workplace perks and benefits — so you can be as broad or as specific as you need. Type any term that describes the kind of role or environment you want, and Rocketpunch will return listings that mention it anywhere in the posting. Multi-keyword search with commas You can search for multiple terms at once by separating them with commas. Rocketpunch treats each comma-separated term as an independent keyword and returns listings that match any of them — letting you cast a wider net or combine requirements in a single query. For example, entering:
Next.js, PowerPoint, lunch allowance, loan interest support, performance bonus
…returns listings that mention Next.js skills, require PowerPoint, or offer perks like subsidised lunches, loan interest support, or performance bonuses. This makes it easy to filter not just by technology, but by the benefits that matter most to you.
Use specific skill keywords like React, Kubernetes, or TypeScript to find roles that explicitly list those technologies in the job description — rather than relying on broad category filters alone.

Filters

Use the filter bar beneath the search field to narrow your results along four dimensions. You can apply multiple filters at the same time.

Job Category

Filter by role type — such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Design, Marketing, or Operations. Choose one or more categories to focus your search on the function that fits your background.

Seniority

Narrow results to entry-level, mid-level, or senior positions. Use this filter to avoid wading through listings that don’t match your years of experience.

Company Size

Choose between early-stage startups, growth-stage companies, and larger enterprises. Company size affects team dynamics, responsibilities, and career trajectory, so filtering here helps you find the right environment.

Work Type

Filter by remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements. If location flexibility is a priority, use this filter first to exclude listings that don’t meet your needs before reviewing the rest.

Sort Options

Once you have your keywords and filters in place, use the sort menu to control the order in which results appear.
