You can log in to Rocketpunch in several ways, but each person may use only one account. Identity verification is how we confirm this.

What is account verification?

Account verification is the process of confirming that one person is using one Rocketpunch account. Once you finish verifying, a verification label appears on your profile, showing that you are a real user rather than an automatically generated account. Even when you use different login methods, they connect to a single account as soon as verification confirms you are the same person. So no matter how many login methods you link, you still have just one account.
The verification method differs by nationality, so verify your account using the method that fits your situation. See the details below.

South Korean nationals

Verify with a phone number

Verify with a phone number issued by a South Korean carrier (SKT, KT, LG U+, and MVNOs). You need to be able to receive text messages (SMS) sent from Korea.
Phone number verification runs securely through NICE ID, and ID verification through Persona, Sumsub, and Stripe.

If you changed your phone number or carrier, or legally changed your name, South Korean nationals are logged in automatically without a new account being created. If you need to update your personal information, go to Settings > My Info & Login and change it through account verification.
If you have trouble verifying, or if you need to change the name on the account, contact the Support Center.

Other nationalities (including South Korean nationals staying outside South Korea)

If you are not a South Korean national, or you are a South Korean national staying outside South Korea, you can verify your account with an ID.
