Activity collects every job posting you have applied to so far.
- Easy Apply: Jobs you applied to directly on Rocketpunch. The application status is shown alongside the posting.
- External Applications: Jobs you applied to after moving to the company’s own careers page.
Check your Easy Apply history
InActivity > Easy Apply, you can see your applications and their status at a glance. Use the filters (All · In Progress · Hired · Hiring stopped) to narrow the list, and open an entry to see the information you submitted when you applied.
Companies update the status as they work through their hiring process. If the status does not change for 28 days, the process closes automatically and the company can no longer view your documents.
- Cancel an application: You can cancel an application that is still in progress with
Cancel Application. Once canceled, the status changes toApplication Canceled. - Delete an entry: For applications that closed automatically because the company did not update the status for a long time, you can remove them from the list with
Delete application history.
Documents you submitted
The resume, portfolio, cover letter, and other documents you upload when applying are added to the Library on your profile automatically. The next time you apply, you can pick a saved document instead of uploading it again.You cannot apply twice to the same job posting. You also cannot open the application screen for postings that were deleted, made private, or closed.

For postings where you apply on an external careers page, the moment you select
Go to application page it counts as applying and is recorded automatically in your application history. If you did not actually apply, delete that entry under Activity > External Applications > Job Postings; it does not affect an application actually submitted on the external site.For details, see External application history.
