Ordering event catering

Create your event in Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Events, then order catering from a vendor registered with Rocketpunch in Events > Manage event > Catering. For each vendor, Store information shows their introduction, contact details, and news from past events, and Ordering instructions shows the product, ordering, and delivery information they registered. Products are grouped into categories, and some are priced as Price on request.

Ordering now

Set a quantity for each product, add it to your cart, and pay. At checkout you enter your phone number and email, the delivery address, the time you want it to arrive, and any requests. Once the order comes in, the vendor can reach you at the contact details you entered to work out delivery times and details. A product priced as Price on request has no set amount, so it comes in at ₩0; the vendor sends a separate payment request once they settle on a price.

Requesting a quote

If you would rather work out the catering with the vendor, select Request a quote to send them a request form. The event name, dates, and address of the event you are ordering for are filled in automatically, and you can add details such as the building, floor, and unit. Fill in your expected headcount, budget, and any notes, and the vendor will contact you directly.

Payment and additional payments

You can pay by credit card, check card, Toss Pay, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, or PAYCO. You receive a payment link at the phone number and email you entered when ordering, and a confirmation email once the payment goes through. You cannot pay after the payment deadline passes. If you ordered a product priced as Price on request, or the amount went up after you ordered, the vendor settles on a price and sends a separate payment request.

Refunds and cancellation

The vendor handles refunds and cancellations. Once processed, they cannot be undone. Payment requests you received separately are refunded one at a time.
