In Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Store > Store home, select Create to create your store.

Registering the basics

Posting store news

You can post updates, announcements, and portfolios of past events for customers to see. Select Add in the store news section, write a title and body, and attach images. Titles can be up to 100 characters and bodies up to 1,000. Customers see this news alongside your contact details and website when they select Store information on the ordering screen.

Registering a contact

Enter a contact name, contact email, and contact phone number. Customer inquiries arrive at the contact email, and order notifications, quote request notifications, and settlement notices are sent there too.

Registering settlement details

Register the account that receives your sales revenue. Choose your bank, then enter the account number and the account holder’s name.
