Add teammates from Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Permissions by selecting Invite. Inviting members requires the owner role or higher.

Inviting a member

  1. In Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Permissions, select Invite.
  2. Enter the Rocketpunch handle of the person you want to invite.
  3. Set their base permission. You can choose owner or member.
  4. Select their area permissions. You can pick more than one of social, hiring, events, education, and advertising.
  5. Select Invite to finish.
Even when you want to hand over the primary owner role, you have to finish the invitation first. After that, select the member in the list under Permissions and transfer the primary owner role to them.

Granting other permissions

You can put someone in charge of a single posting or event without giving them permissions for the whole company. Once granted, they appear in Permissions > Item-level access.
