Creating a company profile requires a personal Rocketpunch account for the person who will manage it. Without a Rocketpunch account, you cannot create a company profile.One Rocketpunch account can manage several companies, and several people can manage one company together.Do not create a personal account under the company’s name. The personal profile you create in order to hold admin permissions belongs to that admin, while the company profile is the account for the company itself.For details, see Creating a company profile.
If a colleague already has permission, being invited is the fastest route. See Inviting members.If there is nobody to invite you, submit documents proving that you belong to the company and apply yourself, using the company profile permission request form. For details, see Requesting permission to manage a company profile.
You do not need to take over their account. The new admin can apply for permission with their own account. For details, see Requesting permission to manage a company profile.
Invite your successor as a member first, then remove your own permission. Only the primary owner and owners can invite members.If you are the primary owner, hand the primary owner role to another member before you can remove your permission. For details, see Managing member permissions.
Filling in the request form incorrectly can get your request rejected. Check that you used the right format for each field. Supporting documents must also have been issued within the last 3 months.
Invite the new admin as a member, then change the primary owner in the Change permissions window. For details, see Managing member permissions.
Select Enterprise Services on Rocketpunch to open the Enterprise console.
Edit it in Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Profile > Company information. Select Edit in each section before you can type in it. For details, see Editing company information.
The fields only open after you select Edit in the Company details section. Until then, every field looks locked. For details, see Editing company information.
The People list shows users who added your company to the career history on their own profile. Because each entry is career history the user created, your company cannot delete it.You can hide them from your company profile instead, or change their employment status and dates. Each plan comes with different benefits. Posting a Quick Apply job and creating an event are free. For details, see Plans.

Every plan lets you run an unlimited number of postings at once. Posting a Quick Apply job is free. For details, see Plans.
If a course you never posted appears on Rocketpunch, it was collected and published through the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s KDT OpenAPI. It is not linked to your company profile, so it does not appear in your course list.Editing it on the government portal updates it on Rocketpunch automatically. If you want to publish and manage it yourself, post a new one in Posting a course.
If the payment went through and the Plans screen still shows the previous plan, contact the Support Center.Telling us your company name, the plan you paid for, and the payment date speeds things up.
Post it in Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Hiring > Create job posting. For details, see Posting a job.
The posting list is split into tabs by status. Drafts are under Drafts, and postings whose start date has not arrived are under Scheduled. Postings past their posting period move to Closed.If it is not under Drafts either, saving the draft did not finish. Leaving the page after you select Save draft but before the job posting list appears can cause the draft to fail.
Open the posting and check Applicants. Select an applicant to open or download the documents they submitted.For details, see Managing applicants.
Company profile deletion is only possible in specific cases, and is submitted through a request form. For details, see Deleting a company profile.
You cannot delete a personal profile while you are registered as a company member.In Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services > Permissions, select Remove permission to remove your company permissions first, and then delete your account.For details, see Deleting a company profile.
It takes time for search engines to catch up. If you want it hidden right away, you can submit a request to each search engine.
An upgrade applies immediately, and a downgrade applies after your current billing cycle ends. For details, see Plans.
In Rocketpunch > Enterprise Services, select 🌐︎ in the top bar to open the language list. 한국어, English, and 日本語 are supported.
